Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy :

We always wish you love your purchase from Ark and Arrow but if you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit, we offer credit notes or exchanges. Credit notes expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item in store. 

Exchange or Credits must be returned within 14 days

Faulty items must be returned within 30 days

All items returned must :

• be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed and all tags must be attached.
• Must not smell of perfume or deodorant so please take care when trying on your order !

We will determine if the above criteria is met , and notify you by email. If the item doesn't meet the above criteria the item will be returned to you.

Process your return request :

•  simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

• We'll notify you via e-mail of your options once we've received and processed the returned item.
